The most common composition of automotive instrument panels is currently a multi-layer technique that utilizes a ridgid substrate, foam layer, and a soft skin to create a padded, soft instrument panel. Our new automated system delaminates and separates the three individual materials. This process results in three separate, autonomous pure streams of raw material: The Substrate, The Foam, and The Skin. We are able to obtain purity levels greater than 99.98 percent

This ability enables our customers to reuse the various streams of recycled material for the production of new parts. By reintroducing this material in a blend with the virgin material, a product is created that performs in accordance with all specification requirements, and at a significantly lower cost.
