Closed Loop Recycling

Our patented closed loop recycling system is engineered to restore properties of materials that have experienced previous heat histories. The reprocessed material can then be reused in its originally intended application with no detrimental affects on the finished product. This process can actually restore degraded material properties and increase molecular weight, making it the system of choice for many OEM molders.

Compounding

Our facility is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art single and twin screw compounding equipment. Each of these instruments incorporates computer controlled operations and data acquisition to ensure the optimum product quality and lot-to-lot consistency.
